We want you and your family to ride with confidence, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy on all our cargo e-bikes and accessories. If your new bicycle doesn't perfectly suit your lifestyle, we are here to help with a straightforward return or exchange process.

Return Process

    Initiate Your Return

    Contact our customer support team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

    Prepare the Cargo Bike

    Ensure the e-bike is in its original condition, clean, and packed securely in the original manufacturer packaging to prevent damage during transit.

  • 3.
    Schedule Pickup or Shipping

    Affix the provided shipping label to the box and schedule a specialized freight pickup for large cargo bikes or drop off smaller accessories at a designated carrier location.

  • 4.
    Inspection and Refund

    Once our technicians inspect the returned bicycle for quality assurance, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
